Introduction
The user ID is one of the important pieces of information when it comes to handling a given case by the XTM support team, or be it just for identification purposes. Also, in the vast majority of cases, a user ID is one of the first items requested by the XTM support team.
Guidelines
Project managers / administrators can obtain the project ID in two places within the XTM UI:
Users → User list.
Once there, please, click on the informatory tooltip on the right-hand side of a given user in order to display their ID:
