Introduction

When you create a project, you can save it as a template. Project templates keep information about the workflow and project details. In order to create a project, you need to have a customer. please, make sure you are familiarized with the following article: How to create a customer.


Guidelines

  1. Go to Projects → Project list → Add project.

2. Select a Customer, and then type in a Project name. Please, pay attention to the red asterisks on the left-hand side which point to the fields that are obligatory.

3. Select a Source language and one or multiple Target languages.

4. Select a Workflow, then click the Save as template button.

5. Type in a Name for the template, and choose Type - if you want to use the template only with this customer or with all customers. You can also add a Description in the text field. Click the Save button and Close the window.

6. Your newly-created project template has now been added to the list of Templates.

7. You can now use this project template the next time you create a project.
