The invitations to the Vendor Portal are sent from the vendors' profiles.
Sign in to the XTRF Home Portal.
Go to the Vendors module.
Locate the vendor in question and click the corresponding icon.
Go to the Contact Summary tab.
Click the name of the contact person you want to invite to your Vendor Portal. You will be directed to this contact person's profile.
Scroll down to the bottom of the page.
Click the Invite to Vendor Portal button. You will be notified that the invitation e-mail has been sent.
The Invite to Vendor Portal button is available only for contact persons that haven't registered yet in the Vendor Portal. If the button is unavailable, it means that the personal account for this contact person has already been created in the Vendor Portal.
