Introduction

Images can only be added to the XTRF e-mail notification templates through a link. You can use external links or upload your image to the XTRF Home Portal and create the necessary link there.

I. (Optional) Create a link for an image in XTRF

1. Sign in to the Home Portal.

2. Go to the Configuration menu > → Templates > → Notifications > → E-mail Images tab.

   

3. Click the Add files… button and select the image on your local machine. The selected image instantly appears in the E-mail Images tab.

4. Click the Link button to open the image in a new tab.

5. Copy the link from the address bar.

II. Add an image to the e-mail notification template

1. Go to the Configuration menu > → Templates > → Notifications > → Templates tab.

2. Locate the template you want to add an image to and click the icon.

   

3. Scroll down to the E-mail Template section and place the cursor on the e-mail body where the image should be inserted.

   

4. Click the icon. The Image Properties pop-up appears.

5. Paste the link to the image in the URL* field.

6. (Optional) Use the formatting options on the left.

7. Click the OK button. The image appears in the e-mail body.

8. (Optional) Make the necessary adjustments to the e-mail template.

9. Click the Save or Save and Exit button.

Now each e-mail created with this template will include the selected image.
