Introduction

Specifics

In XTM Cloud, the user with administrative privileges is the one who decides on the what type of information about users that is to be displayed in the XTM Cloud UI (username, user ID, first and last name, initials) as well as and also where that information is to be made available for all users, for or only Project Managers only to see, or for no one to see (locked segments, comments, segment filters, term metadata, TM match metadata).

All the settings are set at the XTM global level , in XTM Cloud (Configuration → Settings → Security → Privacy settings).
