The user ID is one of the most important pieces of information for the XTM International Support team, when it comes to handling a given case by the XTM support team, or be it just for identification purposes. Also, in the vast majority of cases, a user ID is one of the first items requested by the XTM support International Support team.

Guidelines
Project managers/administrators can obtain find out the project ID in two places within the XTM Cloud UI:
Users → User list.
Once there, please, click on the informatory information tooltip on the right-hand side of a given user in order particular project to display their its ID:
