Fields on the Files sent to the Client popup were misaligned in languages other than English.

Fields on the popup are aligned properly regardless of the XTRF localization.

Invoicing - Clients, Invoicing - Vendors, Localization

Invoices in the Not Ready status could not be created or edited when XTRF localization was other than English, and the 'yyyy-MMM-dd' date format was selected.

Invoices can be created and edited regardless of the XTRF localization and the selected date format.
