This article presents instructions for installing and configuring XTM Connect – Trados Studio. It also captures some basics with regard to display and navigation.

Installation process

  1. Turn on Trados Studio.

  2. Open the XTM connector plugin with Plugin Manager (or double-click on the XTM connector plugin if the .sdlplugin extension is associated with Plugin Manager).

  3. Select the correct Trados installation and the location where you want to install the plug-in. Click the Next button.

  4. When the installation is complete, click Finish. When you open Trados Studio, you should see the XTM connector installed correctly.
