Manual time tracking mechanism
Manual time tracking is recorded per file. You have the option to enter manual time at language or group level, but even if you do, the time you enter is divided by XTM Cloud at the lower level (per file).
Once manual time tracking is enabled, you can enable the setting shown below at project level. To do so, in the Workflow editor for a particular project:

Select Project Editor → Estimates → Costs.
Select the Use zeros for missing time checkbox.

IMPORTANT! Currently, XTM Cloud does not recognize seconds within this feature. It will be possible to enter seconds though, but this includes any seconds that are a result of dividing the manual time entry that is entered at language level. Currently, a report containing both manual and automatic time spent by a Linguist is not available in XTM Cloud. All available reports that are based on manually entered time are listed in Costs & Metrics reports.
