Unfortunately, XTM Cloud does not currently offer a feature for setting up email notifications or alerts when approaching the license limit. The only notification you will receive is when the licenses expire. Monitoring license usage requires someone to log in to XTM Cloud and check the status regularly.
Solution: In the case of subcontracted-only accounts, the root cause of the problem with project-related email notifications not being delivered might be that the Contractor has reserved most of his licenses for internal use, which leaves less available licenses for LSPs. In other words, licenses shared amongst LSPs might have simply run out. This issue usually occurs along with problems with logging into the XTM Cloud platform (see Lack of Contractor’s available licenses for LSP’s linguists for more information).
Email suppression list
Solution: The lack of e-mail notifications might also be caused by the fact that particular email addressesare blocked on in the so-called e-mail suppression list. To find out more, do not hesitate to contact the XTM Support team.
