Activating Xbench
To enable Xbench in XTM Cloud in general, you first need to enable and activate Xbench in XTM Cloud, take the following steps:

In XTM Workbench, open the QA menu from the top-right bar.

Select Open Xbench.
Linguists to use Xbench. For this purpose, as the user with administrative privileges, go to Configuration → Settings → Translation → Workflow and access → Linguist general options, and select the Allow linguists to use Xbench option.
Do not forget to save the changes.

Using Xbench
First of all, make sure you have the Xbench program installed on your device.
Next, as the Linguist assigned to that workflow step, make sure there is already some translation performed on the segments in XTM Workbench.
Next, expand the QA drop-down and select Open Xbench.

An XBPKG file will be generated. Select a green notification at the bottom of the screen to download it.

Xbench files have the .xbpkg extension added to the name of the original source file. For example, for a file source_file.txt, the Xbench file will have the name: source_file.txt.xbpkg.
Now, open the Xbench program and log into your account.
Expand the Project dropdown from the top ribbon bar and click Open….

Once the package is loaded, you can go to the QA tab and click on Check Ongoing Translation. You will be presented with a complete list of segments which contain some QA errors.
