In some cases, AI files might fail to be generated due to the server issues on the XTM side, where ; very often there is a problem with an external Adobe Illustrator server responsible for handling .ai files.
Solution: In this case, contact the XTM International Support team that will help unblock the file, so that it can be successfully generated again.
