How to find your Package to be installed

This is the package you would like might want to upgrade/update to, our changelog will detect automatically which xtm . For your convenience, the XTM Cloud version is related to the a given package for your convenienceis going to be automatically detected.

  1. If you are a pvc/suite client you may already have test server updated/upgraded to the desired version and package in this case you can take package from your test server Private Cloud or Suite customer and you have the desired new package already installed on your TEST/DEV/UAT server, you can take the package number from that server in the same way as described in finding your current package

    If you would like to check the newest package for the currently supported versions, look at the table next to “package to be installed field”

    and simply paste it into the “Curren Version” fieldHow to find your Current Package. Otherwise, refer to step 2 below.

  2. If you cannot take the newest package number from a test instance, refer to the two small tables in the top-right hand corner of the screen. Simply copy the package number from the relevant STS (short-term support) or LTS (long-term support) version and paste it into the Version to be Installed field.
