To accept or reject a quote on the Client Portal, perform the following steps:
Sign into the Client Portal.
Go to the Quotes module.
On the quotes list, click on the quote’s name. You’ll be directed to the quote’s overview.
Click one of the buttons at the bottom to Accept Quote or Reject Quote. In both cases, the notification about your decision is sent to your language service provider.
By default, it is not possible to specify rejection reasons from the Client Portal or through the email notification when clicking the 'I reject the quote' link
After a quote is approved, the only options are to either convert it to a project or delete it. No other status changes are possible after approval.
