P = ( 1 x 1 + 1 x 5 ) = 6

Adjusted Penalty (AP) score for this project is:

AP = 6 x 1 = 6

Total (TS) score for this project is:

TS = 1 - ( 6 / 200 ) = 0.97 = 97%
