While in the Project editor, go to Workflow, click on the context menu of a particular file and select Open XTM Workbench.

Go to Projects → Project list, click on the context menu of a particular project, select Open XTM Workbench and choose a relevant target language (if there is more than one).

Choose a relevant source file (if there is more than one), a workflow step, a particular user with which you want to enter Workbench, select the Read-only checkbox if you do not want to edit the file, and finally click Open.
