While in the Project editor, go to Workflow, click on the context menu of a given particular file and select Open XTM Workbench.

Choose a relevant source file (if there is more than one), a workflow step, a particular user with which you want to enter Workbench as, select the Read-only checkbox if you do not want to edit the file, and finally click Open.

Good to know!

Files opened in the Read-only mode are locked , and cannot be edited. You can see lock icons displayed next to the segment statuses in XTM Workbench. Segments may might also be locked if another user is currently editing them.
